Death or Dishonor
Death or Dishonor is a new Country Pack for Hearts of Iron IV, the grand WWII strategy game developed by the Paradox Development Studio.
Players ability to see the massive conflicts from all points of view is getting expanded in Death or Dishonor, as there are now new countries that we can play as which will show their position during World War II. What will you do, are you going to fight a global superpower, or will you change your ideals to ensure your very own survival?
This Country Pack comes with new National Focus Trees for Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia, and Yugoslavia. We are also getting new unique events, nation-specific art and music, and our ability to experience and change history got greatly increased by all new features.
Older units can now be converted so you can update your arsenal, and you can also make use of the enemy vehicles and gear that you captured.
Death and Dishonor is also bringing new music and art. There are 3 new thematic musical tracks coming from the brilliant composer Andreas Waldetoft. New art is coming for the four focus nations, and new troop voiceovers are getting added.
This Country Pack will introduce new diplomatic and puppet interactions. You can license military technology so you can bring weapons of other nations to the field, or you can even sell your advances to the highest bidder if you want to. The fascist countries in the game will get brand new subject levels like Reichskommissariat, which will give you access to licenses, industry and strategic resources, while the instated governments are being held in an iron grip, which makes it difficult for them to break free.
