In a nice surprise during Gamescom Opening Night Live, BioWare has shown off our best look yet at the next Dragon Age game. While we still don't have an official title, we got several snippets of in-game footage showing beautiful new magic-infused environments and at least one large new city. There wasn't much for BioWare fans in tonight's EA Play stream, save for the briefest of glimpses at some new Dragon Age locations running on next-gen consoles. Featured in EA's quick showreel of next-gen projects, BioWare's snippet was quite clearly Dragon Age related. One shot is of a gnarled tree in a snowy environment, its base surrounded by what look like offering jars. Read more
EA has released a wave of its games on Steam - and promised more are to come. Games now on Valve's platform include BioWare's fantasy role-playing games Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age: Inquisition, Need for Speed Heat, Rivals and Need for Speed (2016), as well as Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. These games and others will be available as part of an EA Access subscription on Steam that launches this summer, EA said. Read more
