Factory Town is a city builder simulation strategy game that focuses on creating your very own village, expanding and automating it, and keep all of your houses continually supplied with goods. The game has been developed and published by Erik Asmussen on March 12th, 2019.

In the beginning, you only have a few workers to use and one building located in the middle of a vast wilderness. Slowly but surely expand by seeing what your surroundings have to offer as you chop down trees, harvest crops, mine minerals, and then process all of these into valuable goods. Players can research all kinds of technologies like automated machinery and even logistics. With these new tools at your disposal, you can make your transport networks and production chains much more efficient. But, that's not where the fun stops in Factory Town, as you can even learn about magic-powered systems that only the most skilled builders can utilize to raise their efficiency to insane levels that aren't achievable with normal technology.

The game features many optimization tools like conveyor belts, wagons, roads, minecarts and others both physical and magical inventions, 3D terrain which comes with its own set of challenges once you start encountering mountains, an Sandbox and Creative mode that offer an infinite amount of fun thanks to the procedural world generation  a map editor, in-depth logical systems that have triggers, gates, and filters, supply chains that help you provide medicine, food, clothing and the such to your population, and much more!

Some very helpful changes have been added to Factory Town's tools system! It starts with two new tools: Column Select, and Block Select. These let you drag to select a region of blocks in worldspace. Column Select will copy the entire vertical column (including underground objects), while Block Select can be used to specify a flatter region.
