Welcome to the most ambitious installment yet of a long running and critically acclaimed franchise. Fallout 4, brought to you by the good people at Bethesda Game Studios, brings you into a deep and immersive post apocalyptic world full of mystery, action, and adventure.

You are the only known survivor of Vault 111, the shelter you fled to with your wife and young son to avoid nuclear fallout. Now, you must learn to call the wasteland home, unravel its mysteries and exploit its strange curiosities.

The world of Fallout 4 is massive, and you have the option of roaming it from end to end, in whatever fashion you prefer. Make friends, gather a whole group to travel with you, or set out as a lone wolf. But make sure you’re well equipped before you go, because the wasteland can be an unforgiving sort of place.

With Fallout 4’s trademark S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system, you can create the sort of character you would want to be. Excel at firearms, communication, eloquence, or just beating people over the head. In addition, utilize the V.A.T.S. system, which returns to Fallout to make it easy and intuitive for your to pacify your targets with non-lethal attacks, or go straight for the headshot.

Explore the wasteland to your heart’s content, and collect whatever you can to craft whatever you’ll need. In Fallout 4, you’ll have to learn your own independence in this post apocalyptic world, or you’ll likely wind up dead!

Key Features:

  • Freedom and Liberty!
Do whatever you want in a massive open world with hundreds of locations, characters, and quests. Join multiple factions vying for power or go it alone, the choices are all yours.
  • You’re S.P.E.C.I.A.L!
Be whoever you want with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. character system. From a Power Armored soldier to the charismatic smooth talker, you can choose from hundreds of Perks and develop your own playstyle.
  • Super Deluxe Pixels!
An all-new next generation graphics and lighting engine brings to life the world of Fallout like never before. From the blasted forests of the Commonwealth to the ruins of Boston, every location is packed with dynamic detail.
  • Violence and V.A.T.S.!
Intense first or third person combat can also be slowed down with the new dynamic Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System (V.A.T.S) that lets you choose your attacks and enjoy cinematic carnage.
  • Collect and Build!
Collect, upgrade, and build thousands of items in the most advanced crafting system ever. Weapons, armor, chemicals, and food are just the beginning - you can even build and manage entire settlements.

These ghouls certainly don’t need any more sun, but perhaps your Vault 111 escapee could use a bit of heat to even out those dweller tan lines. Biggo modding project Fallout Miami recently put out a new trailer for their “DLC-sized” addition to Fallout 4 showing some of the toasty new locales you’ll be able to explore when it launches. Look, I'll admit it: I never finished Fallout 4. Before you get all uppity about that, and gather to organise my lynching, know that I did finish Fallout 3. Twice, in fact. Know also that I really tried to finish Fallout 4 (sort of). And be aware that it wasn't my fault that I didn't. After all, how could I when there was still so much work to be done rebuilding Sanctuary Hills? Sure, the awkward, towering conglomerate of wood and corrugated metal I constructed was nowhere near as cosy as the Ho...

Beautiful beaches. Swaying palm trees. A half-eaten, rotten shark surrounded by ghouls, presumably still wearing the same sunglasses they did when the radiation turned them all flakey. Truly, the stuff that unforgettable holiday dreams are made of. A new environmental showcase trailer for the seriously impressive-looking Fallout: Miami mod for Fallout 4 has all of the above, plus drunken bar fights, and some seriously annoyed-looking mutant alligators. First announced in 2018, the "DLC-sized" mo...

Escaping into an RPG game like Fallout 4 can be extremely therapeutic. For UFC fighter Angela 'Overkill' Hill, getting lost in Bethesda's nuclear wasteland was vital for shutting out the naysayers as she prepared for her MMA comeback. Speaking on the Noclip podcast, Hill talks about how Fallout 4 rekindled her love of videogames after being dropped from the UFC, distracting her from online vitriol so she could regroup and move forward. "When I was playing Fallout, and just shutting myself off fr...

Master Chief has been to some desolate places, but he's yet to walk the wasteland of a nuclear disaster. A mod that adds Halo's plasma rifles to Fallout 4 brings that fantasy closer to reality. Posted on Reddit by creator rukeen2, the work-in-progress add-on looks very faithful to the FPS game original going by the attached gameplay clip. The weapon has the distinctive purple metal sheen, and Halo-riffic pew-pew, as it blasts through some enemies. In the inventory, he switches to the red-and-sil...

Toad realized that nobody plays main story as much as side quests so he put endless fetch and kill missions in this and plenty of makeshift settlements to turn the lone wanderer into a mercenary errand boy.
