Total War: MEDIEVAL II - Definitive Edition

Includes 2 items: Medieval II: Total War™ Kingdoms, Total War: MEDIEVAL II – Definitive Edition

Total War: MEDIEVAL II - Definitive Edition introduces the complete experience of the game with all the DLCs and feature updates that have been released since the launch. The Definitive Edition has been developed by CREATIVE ASSEMBLY and published by SEGA on November 15th, 2006.
Total War: MEDIEVAL II - Definitive Edition has hundreds and hundreds of hours of pure entertainment and joy for anyone that loves a compelling strategy game. The time has come for your reign, and gigantic battles where up to 10,000 warriors will clash await on awe-inspiring 3D battlefields that feature one of the most enchanting Medieval nations of both the Middle Eastern and the Western world. Prepare well, as managing an entire empire requires a lot of skill. Build entire cities, improve them, recruit massive armies or train your own. Diplomacy is another tactical tool that lets you hinder your opponents and trick your allies which will be important when dealing with things like the infamous Inquisition and even influencing the Pope. The Holy War can have only one winner, and the player decides if the one standing as the victor, in the end, is Islam or Christianity. A world made for conquering awaits.
Total War: MEDIEVAL II - Definitive Edition features big and realistic real-time battles where combat choreography got improved greatly,  the pace of battles is quicker, and finishing moves give each battle a gorgeous and visceral ending. Now, the single-player campaign stretches over three continents where we get to sail to the Americas and take on the mighty Aztecs. The user interface got a makeover so that it is much more accessible now, and with the optional short campaign, everyone can enjoy a quick and fun Total War match without going too deep into the many complex gameplay mechanics that are available.

After months of teasing (and work), the modders behind The Elder Scrolls: Total War for Medieval II: Kingdoms have released their 2.0 update. It now includes the fourth era of the Elder Scrolls world, the setting for the civil war in Skyrim that defines The Elder Scrolls V. The update also adds the Stormcloaks and the dark elf Great House Sadras as playable factions. This is the “last big update” for the mod, which has been in development since 2015, and therefore uses the obje...

Like any big daft fantasy blockbuster, The Elder Scrolls needs war. Unfortunately, Bethesda’s open-world games have never been too great at the whole mass battle thing. Even Skyrim’s nation-rending civil war never amounted to much more than a gathering of drunk LARPers waving sharp sticks at each other in the snow. The Elder Scrolls: Total War – a complete overhaul to Medieval 2: Total War – launched this week, bringing some proper bombast to battlefields across Tamriel...

Every other Monday, Dominic gives you a reason to dust off one of your old games and dive into its mods with Modder Superior. It’s good to be king, and even better to be a sorcerer commanding a swarm of the undead. While the Total War series has grown into more fantastical settings by itself, it was the fans to first stick pointy ears on the venerable strategy game. Thanks to its robust mod support Medieval 2: Total War still has a large and active modding scene. While there are dozens o...

The Mortal Kombat universe, now that I'm forced to think about it, is a surprisingly fertile setting for some Total War. You've got memorable factions with lots of distinct traits, constantly shifting allegiances and several realms where the most popular occupation seems to be 'martial artist'. Mortal Kombat Konquest TW should fit right in.  It's a Mortal Kombat overhaul mod for Medieval 2, from modder Kirukato. They posted some work-in-progress videos last year and...
