The Sims 4: Get to Work is the first expansion pack for The Sims 4 developed by Maxis and The Sims Studio and released on March 31st, 2015.
This expansion pack allows the players to directly and actively control their Sim while they are at work. Help them do their job efficiently and increase the chances of them getting a promotion. Or, on the other hand, help them become a scourge that will drive everyone that works with them crazy. The choice is up to you. Many new professions are available. Your Sim can now be a Doctor that can save many lives with their medical skills, a Scientist which can create all kinds of insane inventions, or a Detective that will use wits and keen observations to investigate puzzling crime scenes. If you don't like those options, you can also help your Sim become his/her own boss that can make and then manage his/her own retail business and become a Simolenaire in the end.
There are many different types of retail businesses out there that include bookstores, bakeries, art galleries, clothing boutiques, and more. The Build Mode is at your disposal and it allows you to customize every little detail of your business. Only you can help your Sim increase their earnings, expand their business, and become filthy rich.
The Sims 4: Get to Work also introduces new skills. Your Sim can now learn to capture the most vivid photos or learn to bake the most delightful treat with the new Photography and Baking skills.
