Assume the role of Murkwraith, an undying knight that has returned from Death's domain to be an eternal servant. The game offers a complex and compelling story which takes you on an epic journey through grim dungeons filled with vicious monsters, cunning traps, complex puzzles, shining treasures, and much more.

Karnage Chronicles VR can be experienced alone or with up to 4 players in the same party. Auto-scaling is turned on so more players mean more and tougher enemies. Because the game has drop-in/drop-out support everyone can join or leave the game whenever they want to. This is an RPG set in a virtual reality that was created to immerse you into this fantasy world as much as possible. Players can pick between many different types of locomotion, and Virtuix Omni is also supported.

The inventory system in this title has been made specifically for VR, and the combat system also uses anti-wiggle mechanics in order to make close quarter combat as engaging as possible. In order to deliver a fatal strike you need to increase the power and velocity of your swing, there's no way to kill your foes with puny swings and stabs. Switch between weapons quickly with the customizable weapon presets and use potions and food quickly thanks to easy access quickslots.

Dodge enemy arrows and magic by sidestepping or block melee attacks with a weapon or with a shield. Loot is randomized and hidden treasure can be found in secret places.
