Don't let anyone convince you that robots don't have a heart. Shiny tells the story of one brave little robot called Kramer 227.

He is left to survive on a deserted planet called Aurora. Mankind abandoned Aurora as it is on its way to crash into the sun. This means that the planet is doomed, and Kramer 227 has to find a way to harvest some energy so that he can rescue his friends before its too late. On his quest for salvation, he will probe the entire planet and take on various obstacles. He also needs to conserve his limited life energy to power both himself and his friends while they're on their journey.

All the energy that you find in Shiny you have to share with your robotic friends, and also help them if they find themselves in any dangerous situations. Kramer 227 has to explore all platforms that are present in 20 various levels and find all of his friends. Players will be able to use batteries or generators to recharge, as all of your actions drain your power. All kinds of power-ups can be collected along the way (like energy spheres and jetpacks) which will help you on your mission. Shiny is all about helping your friends, and the game has no violence or blood in it.
