The game belongs to the "Battle Royal" subgenre of shooters, which means that up to one hundred players are put on one map and they just need to survive to become the winner. But, surviving isn't as easy as you might think.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds also allows you to form a team of up to four people if you don't want to play alone.
