Total War: WARHAMMER II - The Queen & The Crone is a DLC pack that introduces two famous rival characters, a High Elf and a Dark Elf, and their unique units into the world of Warhammer Fantasy Battles. The content from this DLC pack can be used in both the Eye of the Vortex and the Mortal Empires campaigns.

Welcome two new Legendary Lords to the fray, Alarielle the Radiant and Crone Hellebron. Alarielle uses nature itself as a deadly weapon, and she is the commander of the High Elf faction of Avelorn. The people adore her as she improves the public order as much as possible while also reducing any spreading corruption. But, since Chaos started leaking into this world, her power grew weaker, and the only way to increase them once more is to slay the Chaos armies and banish them from this world. Alarielle is a Caster that has access to magic that has both elements of Life and High magic. Crone Hellebron is the other Legendary Lord, a leader of the forces of Har Ganeth, an especially cunning and sinister Dark Elf faction. One of her special abilities is Death Night which calls forth a night filled with terror and murder of slaves in order to keep her powers mighty. Players that don't often evoke this ritual will see the detrimental effects on Hellebron as her powers start to weaken without carnage and blood-spilling.

Total War: WARHAMMER II - The Queen & The Crone offers a lot of new units. Hellebron has access to Kharibdyss, Sisters of Slaughter, Doomfire Warlocks, and the Supreme Sorceress (Unique Lord). Alarielle has the Sisters of Avelorn, Shadow Warriors, and the Handmaiden (Unique Hero).
