1.2.3 Update For Destiny 2 Brings Changes To Crucible

As always, we are here to talk about the changes that are coming to Destiny 2, which were showcased in the “This Week at Bungie” blog. The 1.2.3 update changes a lot of things, like the Crucible and Crucible Ranks which are getting altered. They also talked about vendor constraints, the removal of the Supremacy game mode from quick play, and more. The Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars raid lairs are both getting Prestige versions when this update arrives, and they give access to 400 Power weapons, special raid armor ornaments, and the special Exotic Masterwork Catalysts. All in all, this update is jampacked with things, and we are very excited for it.

So, what changes are coming to Crucible Ranks? Well, Bungie wants to make them easier to earn, so now you will be able to earn Valor Ranks from Crucible Labs, Iron Banner, Competitive, and Trials of the Nine playlists when the update goes live. Losing constantly won’t increase the loss of Glory Rank points anymore, so you won’t get punished even more for being on a loose streak.

A lot of people also wondered why they couldn’t purchase Faction armor in Destiny 2 when the 1.2.1 update arrived. Well, it seems like Bungie removed that option intentionally due to vendor constraints. But, don’t worry, we will be able to buy it once again when the final Faction Rally arrives.
