Destiny 2: What Is The Solstice of Heroes Update Bringing?

The newly revealed Forsaken expansion is going to be covered soon, first, let’s talk about the last content update for Year 1. Destiny 2 still has plans for Year 1 it seems, and we are going to talk about the Solstice of Heroes update, which is bringing changes to both PvE and PvP modes. We should also be happy about the return of 6v6 quickplay modes. Expect new bounties in this update, Year 1 Triumph records which you can complete and collect, and prestige difficulty levels for both the Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars lairs.

As you can see in the image above, you can also expect more Exotic Armor Sandbox Changes, PC Clan Text Chat, and the Solstice of Heroes Seasonal Event. What the event will be and what it will focus on, we don’t know yet. It’s really nice to see that Bungie is making an effort to keep Destiny 2 as alive as possible with these free content updates. As long as we have something to keep us busy, we are happy. That’s how it is with these shooters, as they often turn into grind fests, but enjoyable ones, which means that you’re going to be satisfied if you have things to grind, right?

Have you even tried Destiny 2 yet? It is a sci-fi shooter with RPG elements, and it is quite a fun one. Definitely give it a shot if you haven’t played it already.
