Perhaps we won’t be getting a new Diablo game, but hey, at least we’re getting a new Diablo 3 season.
Was everyone expecting Blizzard to announce a new Diablo game, or was it just us? In the end, we found out that the game is coming to Nintendo Switch. That’s nice and all, but it isn’t really all that exciting. When we saw the new job openings for a new Diablo project, we all got hyped up. Unfortunately, it was all in vain. But, Season 15 for Diablo 3 is coming.
What’s special about Season 15? It’s called Boon of the Horadrim, and it is quite a boon. You see, this new sessional buff is quite spectacular, as it doubles all of the Horadric Caches that you get from bounties. Oh boy, this means that we’ll be doing a lot more grinding than we did last season. And so should you, as double the Horadric Caches means double the loot you get from them. Complete a full set of five bounties in an Act and get two Horadric Caches. This is an amazing deal, so if you haven’t played Diablo 3 in a while, you should, at least when the new season arrives.
As always, we get new Class Sets in this season as well. Complete Chapters 2,3, and 4 of the Season Journey and you will get 3 Haedrig’s Gifts. Each of these Gifts has a couple of pieces from one of your Class Sets. You can only get one Class Set, so be sure to open all three gifts with the same character, or at least, the same class.
