E3 2020 is officially canceled, it won’t be a physical event like it always is, but we may get an online experience instead.

The entire world is currently enveloped in a panic. As we all know, certain countries are in complete lockdown thanks to the coronavirus. All kinds of events have been canceled, and gamers have also felt that. A lot of major gaming events have been canceled. Well, by that we mean they won’t be held as they’ve been up until now. E3 2020 has also been canceled, but we may get an online experience of the event which will be pretty much the same thing. I mean people won’t be able to physically participate, but that isn’t that bad.

The important thing is that the video gaming industry doesn’t lose out on one of its most hype gaming events. This year has a lot of upcoming titles that we’re very excited to know more about. Let alone all the new stuff that’s definitely going to get announced. What I want to say is, I hope they figure out an online variant of E3 2020. They are currently “exploring options with our members to coordinate an online experience to showcase industry announcements and news in June 2020”, as PC Gamer reported.
