EA Make Changes to Progression System in Star Wars Battlefront II

EA has revealed a number of changes that they will be making to crates and progression for Star Wars Battlefront II. The beta that recently took place for the game gave players the chance to get a first look at the highly anticipated sequel, and also gave the opportunity to offer some valuable player feedback.

This is something that has been taken onboard, according to a recent press release. They have previously stated that they were going to take another look at how the progression system would word in Battlefront II, and have now shared their plans for the game’s launch.

Firstly, the highest tier of Star Cards that will be available at launch will be Epic Star Cards, and these have since been removed from crates. Also, players will find that weapons are locked behind specific milestones, as well as class-specific gear and items being unlocked whilst playing as them.

EA commented: “We’ll be continuously looking at player feedback to help fine tune and improve this system and others in the game, as we’re committed to keeping the community together including releasing all post-launch content for free and going to make sure that the game is fun for everyone.”
