For Honor’s Season 6 Is Here And It Brought A New Map

Well, if your sword became rusty from all the action that you’ve been missing out on in For Honor, it’s time to head back into the fray. Season 6 is here, and as you can expect, it brings all sorts of fresh features and game modes to pull you back in, one of those being the Rite of Champions, which shows us the story of three legendary warriors. Season 6 also comes with a new map called Beachhead, two reworks, and a new limited time event, so there’s plenty of content for us to enjoy in this new and exciting season!

The Rite of Champion comes in three parts, so to say. The first part takes us to a champion called Belval the Medusa, and it lasts from May 17th to May 21st. The second one focuses on someone called Musashi the Crane, and it starts on May 22nd and ends on May 26th. Lastly, we have the ferocious hero called Heidrek the Warthog, whose part lasts from May 27th to May 31st.

We can also experience a new mode called the Carousel of Death. It’s a 4v4 match where you have to down all the opposing members before they respawn. When you kill someone you extend their respawn time by five seconds, so you pretty much have to mow down everyone in succession in order to achieve victory.

The new map and the two reworks that came with season 6 are also welcome additions to the game, and you can read more about them on For Honor‘s official Season 6 site.
