The highly anticipated immersive open-world fantastical RPG, Hogwarts Legacy, got hit with a surprise 1-year delay.
Oh boy, what’s this? Another delay? No way, 2021 was supposed to be different than 2020. Now it seems that it’s just going to be worse. I mean most of us knew it would be like this, so I don’t think a lot of us are surprised.
Anyhow, remember that fantastical Harry Potter RPG that didn’t involve Harry Potter, or thankfully J.K. Rowling? A lot of people got excited when it was announced. A lot of people are still thrilled about an immersive world of wizards where we get to roleplay our own character. That being said, Hogwarts Legacy just got with a 1-year delay. Or even worse, as multiple delays are a thing these days.
The strange thing is, Hogwarts Legacy was announced a couple of months ago. As we know, the pandemic is tearing the world apart even now. It’s been doing that for a while now. So why did these devs announce the game and then announce a delay so soon after? Seems like these companies need to fire the management and marketing people since they obviously don’t know what they’re doing.
