Marvel’s Avengers. Will it be the ultimate superhero blockbuster action game? Probably not, but it should be a fun little experience where we get to fly around in high-tech suits, smack people with a lighting hammer,  smash buildings with Hulk, and do whatever Hawkeye does. They’re promising an original story-driven campaign. Perhaps it ends up being a solid story with solid characters. If that doesn’t happen, at least there’s the co-op. I’m really hoping we get a Thor/Hulk level where we just go all out and devastate the place completely!

Marvel’s Avengers is a live-service game. Which means it’s expected to run for a long time. If that happens depends on the quality of content that they plan to release after the game launches. On that note, have you heard about the Marvel’s Avengers delay? It goes something like this:

At Crystal Dynamics our ambition has always been to deliver the ultimate Avengers gaming experience. In order to achieve that goal, we have made the difficult decision to move the release date of Marvel’s Avengers to September 4, 2020.

Square Enix also announced the delay of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Can anyone release their game on the date they’ve set for themselves? Too many of them delay their game to “polish things up”. How are these titles still not ready?
