Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is a title that many were eager to try and it shows as the game is an explosive hit on Steam.
An open-ended medieval world full of opportunities. That’s what Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is all about. It’s basically Mount & Blade: Warband but with extra polish and extra content. It’s everything fans of the series wanted, and perhaps even more. Still, this is an Early Access title with quite a lot of bugs that may affect your enjoyment. But that didn’t stop Bannerlord from becoming one of the most explosive launches on Steam of recent times. It only took the game a few days to become one of the games with the most concurrent players on Steam. Only CS: GO and Dota 2 had more players than Bannerlord.
This is only the start. Bannerlord has been in development since 2012. It’s a shame that it doesn’t have as much content as we wanted it to. Yet, it’s only in Early Access. More is on the way. And this already has the foundation to be one of the best open-world medieval titles of recent memory.
