Rocket League To Partner Up With WWE

Rocket League will once again be partnering up with another franchise, this time with WWE to form one of the coolest partnerships we have seen for a while.

Over the course of the year, fans can expect to see Rocket League making appearances on UpUpDownDown, the YouTube gamin channel ran by WWE Superstar Xavier Woods a.k.a Austin Creed. The channel has over 1.4 million subscribers, and will help the soccar game from Psyonix getting even more exposure. Speaking of exposure, you may have noticed the game being present with advertisements on WWE live events, with RL being plugged at last week’s Elimination Chamber.

Psyonix has also announced a partnership with Wrestlemania 34, where Rocket League will be playable for those in attendance, at what is being dubbed as one of the biggest sports entertainment events of the year, starting on the weekend of April 8th.

Not only that, but WWE will also be making appearances in Rocket League later this year, with more information on what in-game customization items in April, which is sure to keep fans of both franchises happy throughout 2018.

For now, the indie soccer/car mash up Rocket League is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
