World Of Warcraft Offering Winter Veil Gifts Until January 1st.

While Christmas may still be behind us, the holiday spirit is still in full effect. Or, at least for the next few days. What this means is that for some games, if you didn’t get the chance to reap the rewards of certain holiday events, you’ll likely still have time to claim them. This includes World of Warcraft. The game has been celebrating Winter Veil, and because of this, players will have until January 1st to claim the free gifts that await them.

So, what do you have to do in order to get these gifts? Well, depending on whether you’re in the Horde or the Alliance, you go to Orgrimmar or Ironforge, and look for the Winter Veil tree. Under it will be a gift for you. Actually, there will be six presents for you: a Carefully Wrapped Present, the Gently Shaken Gift, a Festive Gift, a Winter Veil Gift, a Gaily Wrapped Present, and a Ticking Present. We won’t spoil what’s in them, but they are worth it.

What’s more, you can get the gifts multiple times if you have multiple World of Warcraft characters. Just go to the tree with each one and reap the rewards!

World Of Warcraft

This event will no doubt bring joy to players, but also, it’ll usher in the new year with a great deal of momentum. 2018 could be a major year for World of Warcraft. As Legion is ending, and with it comes the arrival of the highly-anticipated Battle For Azeroth. This expansion will take the focus away from “world-ending threats” and instead put it back onto the conflict that started the legend, Alliance vs. Horde.

Plus, for those who are wanting a more “pure” or “classic” experience, Blizzard will likely be releasing the “World Of Warcraft Classic” servers. Which brings the game back to the days when it launched. Albeit with graphical and technical upgrades.

So, don’t be afraid to indulge, and enjoy the last days of the year before enjoying the start of the new one.
