Xbox One Users To Get Miramar Via PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Test Server

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is distinctly in two forms right now. There’s the PC form, which is fully done but has certain issues that are being fixed. And then, there’s the Xbox One form, which isn’t fully done despite releasing in December. Many have complained that the Xbox One version is taking so long, especially with Microsoft helping with development. As such, certain maps and features aren’t in this “Preview” version. That will change soon though.

Bluehole has revealed that the Miramar map (which is on PC but not Xbox) will arrive on the Xbox One test server starting tomorrow when you’ll be able to download it. The team notes that this test will be vital, but the map itself is still a work in progress:

As the map is in an early stage of development, some aspects may not function as expected. For matchmaking reasons, the test will be limited to TPP on NA servers. We might make adjustments to this depending on how the test goes.

That being said, the players who go to the test server will have a big impact on how MIramar evolves and changes. And if you do enough good with it, you could get yourself some swag:

During the test period and beyond, we will be actively listening to player feedback and using it to improve the build, so please be sure and share your comments, questions, and concerns in the thread below! There will also be “bug bounty” rewards: 150 players who help us find bugs will get some swaggy in-game items.

So that’s something that should get gamers attentions, and encourage them to help Bluehole in any way they possibly can. The full schedule is on the website, but basically, the test will go from the 25th-29th, which should give people plenty of time to try out the Xbox One version of the map.
