There are two new dark rides, the Hoax (spinning haunted house ride filled with horrifying twists and turns, perfect for anyone that is scared of the dark), and the Huntsman (first ever motion platform ride in Planet Coaster that has a unique way of rotating around its axis, best suited for those that want a thrilling ride).

Spooky scenery is also at your disposal, which lets players turn their parks into gloomy gothic wonderlands. Mix and match all of the new pieces and uniquely themed building components to create an eerie park that oozes with dread and spookiness. The best and scariest creations can be shared with your Steam friends and other members of the Planet Coaster community.
