Gladius - Relics of War, set in the Warhammer 40K universe tries to expand on the 4X strategy genre, and it does not fail to do so. Although Warhammer 40,000: Gladius-like strategies, because of their endless repeatability, usually do not have a particularly complicated story, but we still get some explanation from the game about why the forces of the playable factions are clashing.
The story will not only appear in the faction-presenting videos at the beginning of each game, but also during the games. Through six chapters, the game hosts different tasks, the completion of which is the same victory condition as the defeating of all other factions.
When you play your campaigns in Gladius - Relics of War for the first time, you may also be interested in the story that appears in the form of text before and after each stage - in the game, only the animations at the start of your campaign have been dubbed.
But instead of the plot, the gameplay in the broader sense is much more important, since the quality of games that can be repeated indefinitely depends on that, rather than the initial campaigns. And trust us, the gameplay experience is truly amazing.
