The return of the freaky monkey!

Toki embarks on new adventures! The cult action/platformer, originally released as an arcade machine in 1989, is back in an updated version that's absolutely awesome! Completely redrawn by hand and orchestrated from scratch!

Toki the warrior lives peacefully in the jungle with his lover Miho. Out of nowhere, the terrifying wizard Vookimedlo and the disgusting demon Bashtar appear, kidnap Miho and turn poor Toki into a chimpanzee! Suddenly he's hairy, sluggish and pretty weird! His beloved has every reason to worry...

Rediscover Toki 30 years later:

Step into the shoes of Toki and traverse wondrous environments teeming with hideous creatures!
The Labyrinth, Sea of Neptune, Cave of Fire, Ice Palace, Jungle of Shadows and Golden Palace are haunted by Vookimedlo's minions. It won't be a cakewalk to free Miho! Bearing lovely names like Boloragog, Rambacha, Mogulvar, Zorzamoth, and Bashtar, these hideous beings send shivers down your spine. And Toki's leisurely pace won't calm you down either!

So you will have to be content with the means at your disposal to get yourself out of this mess. Luckily, Toki can walk, jump, swim, climb and spit! In fact, it is the skillful use of spit that allows Toki to get rid of his opponents...

Relive the legendary difficulty of a video game from the golden age:

"Insert Coin"... One coin at a time had to be inserted to reach the end of the adventure! Arcade machines ruined you? It's time you compensated by playing in slightly more comfortable conditions, while the gameplay is still just as challenging. The high score list is waiting for you!
However, newcomers will appreciate that a less difficult mode will be included.

A true remake by a master:

the game has been completely redrawn by Philippe Dessoly, illustrator of well-known manga like Captain Harlock and Goldorak, as well as other comics and video games. At that time he was involved in the Amiga version of Toki (1991) and also made graphics for the game Mr. Nutz (1992). His sketches make it possible for Toki to return - prettier and weirder than ever.

The music, fully re-orchestrated by composer Raphaël Gesqua, ensures your adventure is accompanied by rhythms that sound both retro and modern. This award-winning musician has already composed the soundtracks for around a hundred games.

Technically, this breathtaking experience is thanks to the great work of Pierre Adane. The developer was notably involved in Mr. Nutz (1992) and created the tennis game Top Spin (2003).
