Hypnospace is a village that has a lot of people in it. When ordinary people go to sleep others go on the internet to do all kinds of things. But, some people aren't as nice, some even have dark intentions, so the internet needs someone to patrol these virtual streets and keep innocent people safe. Keep an eye on your inbox, you never know when someone's going to send something important. Do your best to stay away from adware and viruses, and discover all kinds of apps that you can download, be they useful or not. As a Hypnospace Enforcer, you're responsible for finding things like internet bullies, copyright infringement, and those sorts of things. The Hypnospace Patrol Department will send things like reports and rewards directly to your inbox.

Hypnospace Outlaw isn't all about catching bad people on the internet, players can also play around and customize their HypnOS deskopt. Find exciting new wallpapers, entertaining screen saves, download all kinds of things, and even find helper bots to assist you. Track down scumbags that want to defile things on the internet, download all kinds of MIDI files and funny GIFs, earn Hypnocoins by doing your job or try to discover all kinds of secret and hidden pages, and discover the culture that's tied to the 90s!
