Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a standalone sequel to Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus that will be set 19 years after the events of New Colossus happened where players get to see the story of B.J.'s twin daughters called Soph and Jess, who are also the brand new members of the Global Resistance that are fighting against the Nazi threat.

You've been kicking ass with B.J. for quite a while now in America, and after a long and intense resistance, the Americans managed to liberate the United States of America from the Nazi grip. But, the rest of the world is still fighting the good fight, and in Wolfenstein: Youngblood players follow Jess and Soph as they look for their father in Paris, France, which is currently called Vichy France. After some trouble, B.J. went missing, and now that everyone is looking for him, so are his daughters. This is going to be a game that players get to experience either by themselves or with another player in co-op.

Prepare for more over-the-top carnage, insane weapons that will obliterate Nazi scum, crazy bosses, memorable characters, a whole lot of mayhem and chaos, and more crazy, adrenaline-pumping action that the Wolfenstein series is known for.

However, PC owners today have the ability to preview all of these technologies running in tandem in one of the most impressive and performant game engines around. Alternate history first-person shooter (of Nazis, specifically) Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a spin-off from the main Wolfenstein games. It’s set in 1980, and developers Machinegames don t go halfway on it. The game is soaked with 1980s references, from early electronica and synthpop in the French Underground to 3D glasses and UVK Tapes (VHS tapes but, um, more Nazi-like). The in-game explanation is that Nazi dominance is so complete that it pervades popular culture. The music of our 1980s ...

Wolfenstein: Youngblood was one of Nvidia’s big ray tracing poster children last year, and it was even one of the free games you could get if you bought a new RTX graphics card over the summer. However, whereas its other freebie stablemate Control teleported its ray tracing support in at launch, Wolfenstein: Youngblood positively dragged its cybernetic heels over it, with months and months passing after its initial July release date without any word on when it might finally pitch up. Fin...

Bethesda is giving players more ways to put Nazis in their place today, with the advent of Wolfenstein: Youngblood's free 1.07 content update, which adds two new locations to the game, new abilities, new end-game activities, and more. Youngblood's new areas - a Parisian reservoir and secret Nazi bunker to be precise - can be accessed once players have completed the Da'at Yichud Artifacts end-game side quest. With this out the way, the new Treasure Hunt side mission will unlock, sending players o...
