2- For game pre-loads, if we receive the keys earlier, we will provide you the keys earlier. But we do not guarantee pre-load early delivery for any game.
3- Please do not create a ticket or send an email about the delivery of the pre-purchases. We already mentioned that it will be delivered upon the release date and if we could deliver it earlier, we will deliver it earlier.
