Diablo 3: Eternal Collection Coming To Nintendo Switch
We just found out that Diablo 3: Eternal Collection is coming to Nintendo Switch. That’s nice and all, but we’re still more curious about the upcoming Diablo projects that Blizzard isn’t talking about.
The Nintendo Switch is a pretty cool console, and it’s starting to get some really awesome titles. That’s great news for people that own that console, and not so great for people that don’t. As we’re all aware at this point, Diablo 3 is Blizzard’s attempt to make a sequel to one of the greatest action RPGs of all that, and that is Diablo II. They didn’t actually manage to accomplish what they wanted, but they still made a pretty solid action RPG in the end.
The release date, which is November 2nd, of Diablo 3: Eternal Collection for the Nintendo Switch was announced via Twitter. You can go and pre-order the game right away if you want to. While this is pretty exciting news, we’re still left wondering about the upcoming Diablo projects. Why does Blizzard keep teasing us with Diablo-related news without mentioning their mysterious Diablo projects? Maybe it’s all a part of one cruel joke, but we’re hopeful that the punchline is Diablo 4.
Diablo 3: Eternal Collection will set you back $59.99 on the Nintendo Switch. This version of the game includes Diablo 3, the Reaper of Souls expansion, and the Rise of the Necromancer DLC. All in all, it’s a pretty great bundle which you should pick up right away if you intend on playing the game. Eternal Collection also includes the Cucco companion pet, a Triforce portrait frame, and a special transmogrification set that lets you don the infamous Ganondorf armor.
