Burnout Paradise Remaster Confirmed?

There are a lot of racing franchises out there in the world, but only a select few give you the feelings you deserve in regards to racing and crashing in the best way possible. This is where the Burnout franchise came into play. For in this series, the player was given the keys to the kingdom so to speak, and with it came the ability to crash into whatever you want, make the most epic stunts, and race to your hearts content. And one of the best entries of the series was Burnout Paradise.

For in that game, you didn’t just have an area to explore, you had a whole city, Paradise City to be precise, and with that city was true freedom. For in it, you were given a literal open-world/city to roam at your will. You didn’t have to go searching for things to do when the city was built to be full of things to do at virtually every street corner.

Burnout Paradise was a very successful, and popular, title, so much so that it became backwards for the Xbox One. But now, a post makes it seem as though an HD remaster of the game is coming. Check it out.

For those who can’t read it, it says that Burnout Paradise HD will arrive in Japan on the PS4 on March 16th. That’s actually quite soon to be honest. The tweet doesn’t say if the game will be coming to the rest of the world, but it is very likely given the popularity of the franchise.

The question now is, will the HD remaster be just that? A remaster? Or will it include new things to bring players back into the fold? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
