Destiny 2 App Helps Aid Item Management

If you’re looking for a way to manage your items in Destiny 2, then look no further than the Destiny Item Manager (DIM).

In its current state, DIM only allows players to move items between characters and the vault. This apparently was to make sure players can enjoy the game in this minimal state without anything breaking. The creators have warned that there will be bugs, with players needed to refresh the page should the item not load, though it is something that should be fixed soon.

Over the coming weeks, Loadouts will be returned to the app, as well as more inspection features for players’ items to be introduced. Weapon Reviews should also be returning, though apparently no more could be said at this time. If you’d like to get involved, let the creators know what you want from DIM by creating issues on the respective github. By doing so, issues can be discussed with developers and fellow players to bring overall improvements.

The DIM team stated: Thank you all again for bringing us along for the ride when you play the game. We’re here to help you play more Destiny and look forward to all that we’ll experience with Destiny 2.”
