Monster Hunter: World Exclusive Beta Begins Tomorrow

From tomorrow, PlayStation Plus users will be able to take on three quests either alone or with others online in the exclusive Monster Hunter: World beta.

You can download the beta for pre-load now, with the quests kicking off from 5pm GMT/6pm CET on Saturday, December 9th, running through until 5pm GMT/6pm CET on Tuesday December 12th.
Those who choose to take part in the beta will be able to take on three monsters from three differing quests, as well as visit two new environments that will be available in the upcoming release. The Ancient Forest allows you to hunt down Great Jagras, a scavenger that is capable of swallowing other monsters entirely, whilst the fiery Anjanath offers up a heated encounter in the deep, complex environment that the game offers.

If you’re feeling up to it, you can also head on out to the Wildspire Waste, a desert land that is inhabited by the armored Barroth, that can be found skulking in the muddy waters, waiting for the right time to attack.

Monster Hunter: World is set for release on January 26th 2018, so be sure to get your fix with this exclusive beta if you have the relevant platform.
