You don’t see many new horror games that do the genre right. Jump scares can scare everyone, that isn’t the point. The point of a horror game is to set a dreadful, horrifying atmosphere that makes you constantly scared. Alien: Isolation is one of the games that do just that. We know that video games that get made into movies just suck. That is basically tradition by now. However, when a cult-classic horror movie antagonist appears in a game such as this, it somehow works. Thankfully for you, Alien: Isolation is currently free for the taking on the Epic Games Store right now.
You should definitely hurry up, because this offer won’t last for much longer.
