Square Enix Reveals Collaboration Event Between Final Fantasy XV and Assassin’s Creed

Final Fantasy XV continues to make its mark on the gaming universe as Square Enix announces a collaboration with Ubisoft’s popular Assassin’s Creed franchise.

This partnership sees an Assassin’s Festival in-game event running in Final Fantasy XV today, which will last through until January 31st, 2018. The event sees Noctis and his friends participating in a Lestallum festival to honor a mythical hero who fought tirelessly to “resist the shackles of oppression,” according to a recent press release. If you haven’t experienced Assassin’s Creed yet, then this will give you an opportunity to see some of the gameplay elements inspired by the series in a limited-time event, so expect to see acrobatic movements, treasure hunts and the vicious assassinations that the games are renowned for.

As well as this, players can expect exclusive outfits for Noctis and his comrades, including the Medjay Assassin’s Robes, as well as the Master Assassin’s Robes for Noctis, which can only be obtained through the Dream Egg from the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. There are also items for the Regalia included, such as full body decals, as well as a photo frame and filter for Prompto’s photographs.
