Last year, we saw EA bring the Halloween season to FIFA Ultimate Team in the form of Ultimate Scream. FIFA 18 is bringing this spooky addition back, with a special themed event that will take place over the Halloween period.
For those who may be unfamiliar with it, Ultimate Scream offers a special squad of new player cards with individual in-form boosts over the standard set. As Halloween draws nearer, the cards’ stats with be boosted as an added bonus. The cards that will be available are usually based on players that are currently in good form, or are consistently performing on a world class basis.
The Ultimate Scream cards for FIFA 18 will be released as any other promotional cards would be, and replace the original corresponding cards in those packs. So if you find a player that is part of the Ultimate Scream Team, then you will have that player will improved stats. With that in mind, you might want to strongly consider getting your hands on a nightmarish pack of cards over this seasonal period, and take full advantage of the offer whilst it is still around.
FIFA 18 is now available on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
