E3 is almost here, and Larian Studios started releasing a lot of cryptic teases that tell us that a certain third game is getting announced soon.
Larian Studios, the guys behind megahits like Divinity: Original Sin 2, are teasing their next project. Whatever could it be? The most obvious answer, of course, is Divinity 3. There’s even a logo on their website with the number III. Now, there has been some talk about them doing Baldur’s Gate 3. Who knows, E3 is around the corner, so we’re going to get a lot of announcements really soon. A lot of developers are preparing by dropping hints like this every now and then.
As you can see in the picture above, there’s also that gif of a tentacle that got tweeted. Does a tentacle give us any idea about this upcoming project? No, not really. Maybe Larian Studios are just playing with us and showing us random stuff that has nothing to do with their upcoming releases. Divinity: Fallen Heroes is still coming, and everyone is excited to see what’s their next big project.
For now, let’s just wait for E3 to rear its pretty head. That’s the magical period when devs bombard us with announcemetns and we can’t wait to see what Larian Studios has in store for us.
