Rat Simulator Launches on PC

We’ve seen our fair share of simulator games when it comes to something a bit out of left field. A prime example being the critically acclaimed Goat Simulator, and this game in particular stays in the same realms in terms of giving players the chance to take control of an animal in Rat Simulator.

Rat Simulator presents a survival stealth RPG where you’ll be aiming to build a rat paradise by spreading a plague of disease across a suburban neighborhood. This will be no easy task however, as the pesky humans will be out to stop the infestation once and for all should you be caught.

Your task is to infect nine different houses, with a key emphasis on avoiding detection, lest you face the wrath of the pestman. Speaking of the pestman, boss fights will involve you defeating the leader of the pestman crew to claim the neighbourhood as your own. You’ll be creating carnage as you destroy objects through the houses, smashing up plates, glasses and whatever else you can get your hands (or claws) on. You’ll also have to save fellow rats trapped in houses, select upgrades to improve your capabilities, and to spread diseases and poisoning their food to their dismay.

Check out the launch trailer for Rat Simulator below, with the game out now on PC via Steam.
