What Other Star Wars Characters Could Arrive In Battlefront II

Star Wars Battlefront II has been getting a lot of bad press recently because of its microtransactions debacle, which EA was all but forced to shut down to please both fans and Disney. But all that being said, the game does have a lot to offer. Not just an original story which bridges the gap between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, but also, having three generations of Star Wars characters to play as via the Hero Characters.

There are a lot of classics in here, from Luke Skywalker, to Darth Vader and Darth Maul, Boba, Leia, Han, Chewbacca, and even Rey and Kylo Ren. And that’s still only a few of the ones in the game. But, with all these inclusions, and some lesser known characters being put in as well, some people are wondering who else we might get as the game goes on. It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for EA to put more Hero Characters in the game via DLC. So, who could they pick?

Star Wars Battlefront II

A funny pick that we found on Reddit was Grand Moff Tarkin, who has a very important role in Star Wars history for those who have paid attention to the films and Star Wars Rebels. Granted, he wouldn’t be the most exciting character to put in, but it’s intriguing none the less.

There’s also classic characters like Mace Windu, or how about Obi-Wan Kenobi? Many are surprised he’s not in the game. Or maybe his master Qui-Gon Jin?

Or, to really go deep into the mythology, how about some of the characters from the Rogue One film? Jyn Erso appeared in the first Battlefront via DLC, why not bring her back?

So you see, there’s a lot of possibilities here, and it’s going to be fun see who might pop in the game next.

  1. Great White North says

For YEARS gamers have been asking for Revan, Malak, Jolee Bindo, Satele, Malgus, Nico Orr and even HK-47. Okay, especially HK-47! As long as Star Wars The Old Republic is running, why not bridge the gap between the two franchises and make Battlefront 2 include the battles from that time period.

Imagine fighting during the Sith Empire’s sacking of Coruscant as seen in the “Deceived” trailer. Or how about taking up Arcann and Thexan’s role in leading the Zakuul Empire’s attack of Korriban?

So many meaningful possibilities are there…

    IF ONLY EA WOULD LISTEN!
