Paladins Got A New Champion Called Furia

You know, when you have a character called Furia, you can already imagine what her skills are going to be. She will definitely be a damage dealer or something like that, right? Well, in this case, you would be wrong, very wrong, as even though Furia is an angry character, she is a support that uses her fury to heal her allies and give them more power. She also does a bit of damage. This isn’t all, as there is also a new event in Paladins called Rise of Furia in which you get to see the event where the city of Seris got destroyed, and thousands of poor souls got lost in the Abyss, which was quite a horrible thing.

Paladins

Furia is a champion that attacks faster the more healing she does. One of her abilities is a heal over time, the other is a stun, one is a movement ability that lets her escape sticky situations. Her ultimate gives your allies a damage and a speed boost. She is definitely going to be used in comps where you have hyper carries which can take advantage of her ultimate.

Now, as far as this Paladins event is concerned, the description goes something like this:

Race against your doom and climb the Abyssal Spire. As you slay the wretched shadows atop, you’ll earn Abyssal Shards which can be exchanged for exclusive Rise of Furia event items. Face off in an epic Team Death Match at the top in front of the Abyssal Lord himself. Remember, child: Even in the blackest night, the Pyre will light your path.

What are your thoughts on the new champion? She definitely seems like an interesting kind of support, and her ultimate is an ability that can turn a team fight around in a matter of seconds.
