Hey, what do you think, what kind of vehicle would be best suited for Fortnite? Well, since it is a goofy game where realism doesn’t play a big role, of course, we got rideable shopping carts. There were already teased before, so this isn’t as big of a surprise as it could have been. Still, this is the first time that the game is getting some sort of vehicle, even though it isn’t a real vehicle, we can still use it to get from one place to another.
You can check out the video from Niovo who seems to be the one that first filmed the use of a shopping cart in Fortnite. Even though it is quite cool when you ride a shopping cart in real life, it isn’t quite as amazing when you do it in a video game. In the video, we see that the speed of the shopping cart in Fortnite isn’t anything special, and you will most definitely be gunned down without much effort if someone sees you riding it. The cool part about it is that you can get a friend to ride it with you, and while you’re pushing the cart he or she can stand in it and fire at any enemies that you come across.
Fortnite is all about adding strange and goofy things, and they always work, so we can’t wait to see how creative players get with the shopping carts.
