Have you noticed that Fortnite hasn’t been blowing up lately as much as it was a few months ago? Well, Season 6 just got a release date, and that should spice things up once again and attract attention from all sides.
While the battle royale market is oversaturated right now, Fortnite is still like that young and goofy little brother that you just can’t hate. Actually, Fortnite would be that brother that everyone loves because he’s pleasant and doesn’t take anything too seriously. On the other hand, you have games like PUBG and the latest Black Ops 4 with its Blackout mode, which are much more serious titles.
Anyhow, Season 5 has been here for quite a while now, and it was quite, well, strange. It featured a lot of teasing for upcoming events and that sort of thing. Remember the time when a humongous cube appeared and slowly moved around the place? We heard that this exact cube transformed water into trampolines, which is quite the spectacular superpower that we’re jealous of.
We can expect to see Fortnite Season 6 on September 27th. Epic Games wanted to celebrate the arrival of the newest season in the best way possible. What is that you may ask? Well, a huge XP boost, and we do mean huge (400%) will last from now until September 24th, 12:00 GMT.
