Sea of Thieves has kept Xbox owners intrigued ever since its initial announcement. The swashbuckling shared world co-op adventure game from the legendary Rare Studios, responsible for the likes of Banjo Kazooie, Conker’s Bad Fur Day and other classics, is one of the most anticipated Xbox One exclusives going around right now, with a release expected for some time early next year on both Xbox One and Windows 10.
What we’ve seen so far is that the game is looking to bring many of the key traits that made previous Rare titles so popular. This includes a trademark charm combined with entertaining gameplay, something that Sea of Thieves seems to have in spades from the gameplay videos and other footage that we have witnessed since it originally surfaced.
Check out the gameplay video that has just been released, where you can witness Sea of Thieves in glorious 4K, as well as getting a look at how the game plays, plus a chance to see gaze upon the highly anticipated game’s art. They’ve left it to the professionals too, with the developers playing through the game with some entertaining commentary to boot.
Sea of Thieves should be setting sail sometime in early 2018.
