Epic Games are asking the Fortnite community about their thoughts and opinion on a monthly subscription.
Oh wow, Epic Games need more money? Is this an evaluation of the entire community to see how hypnotized everyone is with V-Bucks and cosmetic skins that they’d be willing to pay a monthly subscription? I mean there are all kinds of splendid indie games out there that you can buy for $14, OR you can get an optional Fortnite monthly subscription. Being a subscriber gets you everything you see in the image above. Is it worth it? I’m not sure, what if you don’t like the skins? Fortnite, despite being a completely free-to-play title, makes a ton of money. Being a global phenomenon helps with that, but it also deals with a lot of cosmetics. Skins for characters, items, you name it, are printed and released constantly. So, is a monthly subscription necessary? Of course not, but it’s something that avid fans would love. Others don’t have to get it, it’s not enforced upon them because it is optional.
