On the Nintendo Switch alone, the game continues to be highly favored, which goes to show how much the portable market loves playing the game on the console. But you might be asking, “How much are Switch fans liking it?” Well, enough to make it the most downloaded game in October. For recently, Epic Games revealed that over 8 million people have played Fortnite at one time, and you can bet a good chunk of that is from the Nintendo Switch side of things. Remember, in just its first day out on Switch, they had over 2 million downloads, and that was months ago.

Super Mario Party hitting No.2 on the charts is impressive also, as the game sold over 1.5 million units in its first little bit of life, and digitally is clearly doing good.

Will Fortnite top the charts next month? We’ll have to wait and see.
