One of the true thrills of gaming is seeing what a developer does next after making a big hit title. For Yacht Club Games, they have been riding high on the success of Shovel Knight and its spinoffs for years. But now, this year, everything is ending, which means they need to start promoting something else. And that’s exactly what they’re doing with Cyber Shadow, an old-school ninja action game developed by Mechanical Head Games, to which Yacht Club is publishing and handling promotion for.

If you’re getting feelings of Ninja Gaiden and other such titles, you’re not far off. This is the kind of thing that Yacht Club Games loves to do. They go and make titles, or in this case publish titles, that are a callback to the old days of the NES. And the Yacht Club Team loves what’s going on here:
